Bulk Payout is similar to making a single payout to a bank account via API, you can now also use our API to make payouts to multiple bank accounts.

For this feature, when you initiate a bulk payout request, the disbursement is also made from your balance. We send a webhook notification after each individual payout in the batch is completed. In addition, we send an email notification when the bulk payout is initiated, and another when it is complete.

How many currencies are available for Bulk Payouts?

We currently have bulk payouts for the following currencies:

• Nigerian (NGN) bank accounts
• South African (ZAR) bank accounts
• Ghanaian (GHS) Mobile Money accounts

How do I get to know the status of each payout in a batch?

For this, you can review the transaction history on the Kora dashboard.

Can one failed payment affect other transactions in a batch?

No, it does not. The failed payment in the batch can also be retried.

How many payouts can be completed per batch?

You can complete a Minimum of 2 and a Maximum of 50 transactions per batch. However, you can contact support@korapay.com to increase the Max. Limit.

(ZAR) - R50 - R3,000
