Everything you need to know about managing team members on the merchant dashboard

Once you invite a team member, a record is created on the Team's tab on your dashboard. To view:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Teams section on the Settings page of your dashboard

Note: for team members who are yet to accept the invite or whose invite is expired, the name and last login field will remain empty until the invite is accepted.

Removing Team Member from your account

Team members can be removed for various reasons e.g the team member is no longer a part of your organization, the team member doesn't need access anymore etc. However, not all roles can be removed. As the owner, you cannot be removed from the account but you can remove any other team member. To remove a team member:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Teams section on the Settings page of your dashboard.

  3. Click on the 'elipses' at the end of the team member's record

  4. Click on remove team member. You would be prompted to confirm your decision to remove a team member. Once this is done, the team member is removed successfully.

  5. This event is logged and can be viewed on the audit logs page.

Tracking Team Members activities

As the owner, you can keep track of all the activities carried out by your team members. These activities are logged, right from when the invite is sent, until they're removed from the account. This gives you visibility into all that is happening on your account for extra security and accountability. Every action that is taken on your dashboard will appear on the Audit Logs page of your Kora Dashboard, which means that you are able to see who did what, and when it happened.

Please note however that only the Owner role and Admin role can view the Audit logs.

Resending Invites

Invites are only valid for 48 hours. Hence, after 48 hours, if the team member hasn't joined the account, the invite expires and you will need to resend the invites. To do this:

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the Teams sections on the Settings page of your dashboard

  3. Click on the 'elipses' at the end of the team member's record

  4. Click on resend invite. You would be prompted to confirm your decision to resend the invite. Once this is done, the invite is sent successfully.
